    I received great help from a girl with red hair and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different strains and their effects. 10/10 will return again for more help on deciding what I smoke next.

    I ordered what was labeled online as "kief concentrate" assuming it was a dab. The red/orange head budtender didn't confirm my order, took my cash, and only then told me it was regular kief powder. I have a Puffco, so I can't use this. Even though I was still standing at the counter and the product was completely unopened, she refused to do a simple swap and told me I'd have to buy a whole new gram. I expressed to her that I didn’t know that they weren’t dabs because their online menu had very little description and at first glance, the kief looked like dabs. she still refuses A SIMPLE SWAP, which I was insisting to pay the difference. To top it off, the glass packaging was so incredibly cheap that it literally shattered in my hands while trying to open it in my car. I barely started opening the at the side of the packaging when the glass shattered from the top. Now I have broken glass and ruined product on my car seat. Out $15 for absolutely nothing. American Mary is scammy and refuses to help customers even when their own online menu is misleading. Avoid this place!!

    Its been a steady decline for this store, especially lately. There's almost nothing to buy every time I go which is insane. They keep getting rid of the budtenders that made the store worth going to :( 100% reccomend going elsewhere until something changes!

    Zero CBD flower… I don’t know how you can even call yourself a dispensary without some CBD flower. Also, I love how you guys are in Ballard so you think you can just charge the highest price possible because the Neighbourhood is nice Scrooge McDuck run this place?
