Cashier tried to sell off a sativa as a hybrid. Left the store and realized they gave me sativa instead of hybrid after mentioning needing hybrid a handful of times. And made a huge deal like they were hooking me up to figure a way to trade in the sativa for the hybrid I asked for. In a quiet shop the cashier whispering loudly to the coworker, "i gave her the wrong one"... what do you mean!? Could of been: "oh, my bad let me fix that." could of solved it. Sketchy place for sure.

Nice place. Glad they were open so late. Love them from Tacoma so naturally this location is also great.

For the most part, I have received friendly helpful service when making purchases here. Great selections sometimes, but not all the time. I have been coming here for about 6 months, give or take. The other night, I was really disappointed. My special needs adult child went with me to the dispensary. They are not high functioning, but functioning. I picked up my online order. My daughter, decided she wanted to make a purchase of her own and did so. I was very proud of her being able to do this without my assistance. The signage in the store on one of the cabinets said "edibles 50% off" and my daughter thought that meant all edibles, not just the ones in that particular cabinet. Since I was standing nearby and overheard her asking the employee about the discount, I did say to her it was only that cabinet and she understood. The fellow had just finished the transaction when my daughter asked him about the discount. What I am disappointed in, is the fact that the employee didn't offer to show her to the kiosk/phone to order online and save 30%. That was offered to 2 other people that were in the store at that moment. Did the employee think that my daughter would not be able to figure out how to use a kiosk/phone? Did they not want to be bothered to assist a special needs person with the kiosk/phone to save them money? I felt like my daughter was mistreated by that employee simply due to the appearance of her being special needs. Of course I did tell my daughter afterwards that she can make an online account and order from dispensaries moving forward, just not this one because we won't be back because of this. I'm just really disappointed by it. I'm not angry at anyone. Maybe do better in future.
