This used to be the best dispensary in Martinsburg. Every place has their issues, but this has been especially frustrating and I don't think I will be back. There's the fact that on 4/20 a patient couldn't control themselves and got aggressive, last week there was a sale and the bud tenders don't seem to know them. I have brain fog, diagnosed, and there was a sale last week for 10 one gram bags for 70. If it had been caught, I would've been able to get those extra 3 grams for the price of 7. Instead of a solution being offered, there was none. This week, I placed a 60 dollar order, pulled out cash from the ATM, checked the charges and even counted the cash I had originally before passing it over. They said that I was 20 short, then passed me back 40. I had to go get another 20 to pay for the order, and now a 20 is up in the air somewhere. Again, I checked the bank charges as well as counted the cash after the ATM, checked my vehicle and the area of the dispensary drive thru, so somewhere between me putting it in their drive thru drawer and them getting it, money disappeared. I'm disappointed and feel robbed. I have previously been told by one of the Charles Town dispensary managers that this branch specifically has issues like this. Eta: I literally came from the ATM back to the store 2x because it was cash only today. The time stamps on my messages is 10 minutes apart. I had to go to CVS to use the ATM because of the type of card it was. It isn't like I went shopping and spent 20 dollars. I went through the drive through today because I was in my pajamas. Gas is outrageous and I came to your store 3 different times today. I don't have the cash and you don't have it. A tiny leprechaun must have played me a late April Fools joke. 🙄 It seems that any misinformation that has been put out is on the behalf of the store, not me. I had my son go get the money to ensure that it would be counted properly from the ATM.

Just an updated review of this dispensary! Nothing bad, they have wonderful staff, amazing prices, and a great rewards system! As well as the cutest puppy mascot. I’m grateful to live so close to them, and to be able to use them as my only dispensary! I truly appreciate this staff, especially Raj + Marcus for their patience with me :)
