    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elevation is hands down my favorite dispensary! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I stop in. Their Summer Smoke Out parties are the best—full of fun, great vibes, awesome people, prizes, and amazing deals. You can tell they really appreciate their customers and know how to put on a great event. My personal favorite flower is the Native Sun Grown, and I highly recommend trying the Hash Burger—it’s one of the best strains I’ve had. If you’re looking for a dispensary with great products, awesome prices, and an amazing atmosphere, Elevation is the place to go!

    Elevation is a complicated store.. its cheap, but... the customer service isnt what it could be. They have good product no doubt. Its just when you may not be packing all the money in the world and buy a cheaper product that may not work... of course you are going to take it back, and of course you will be hesitant about a replacement of the exact same kind, but if you say anything there is a real chance the bud tender will get his feelings hurt. (Like his mother made it with her bare hands) I think his exact remarke was "this isnt walmart"... and I never one time insinuated that it was! (He asked if I thought they were all bad, and said "yeah, maybe" thats all it took to become enemy #1.. rediculous) I have a tremendous amount of respect for the tribe as a whole, and support them as much as I can... Meanwhile his partner jumped in with a comment to the affect of.. it depended how I "came" at them, would determine if I got a replacement.. granted, at this point I had said NOTHING that should have prompted this behavior, and I challenge anyone to look at the tapes from today so you can make up your own mind. They were out of line.. so, I guess what I am saying is.. if you do go there be polite, and watch what you say. They care a little more about their feelings than making sure you are happy with the vendors product. This is not about their product.. they really have came a long way with their flower lines. I honestly have nothing bad to say about their product. I was just doubting if it may work. Just that brand, which in all fairness was the cheapest in the store. That is why I am so surprised they acted like they did, it wasn't even the tribes product. Review the tapes if a manager sees this. Im not bashing on your store at all. My Mother is an enrolled tribal member.

    JORIE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Rude,disrespectful,impatient,condescending, are just some of the things I’ve experienced. my wife went in today and was helped by the same rude staff member,she was short with her,rude,impatient,uninformative and treated her as if she was a “problem”and just all around seemed angry to be working. This is the 4th or 5th time myself or my wife has went in and the ga is just outright angry and mean and doesn’t want to be at work.get her outta there because it’s only a matter of time before someone takes it personally and it impacts your business in a negative way. Update: I spoke with Hr and they were very helpful, the complete opposite of the experience myself and my wife had with the employee in store. They care greatly about customer service. Thank you.

    Spent a bunch of money on OLD CRUSTY dusty weed that WAS good when it was first dropped but they kept it on the shelf so long it tasted and smelled disgusting. Like why is it brown? Why didn’t the tender show or tell me it was old lol? Disrespectful to the plant honestly 🤮 no discounts either. Crazy I’ll go to Oly where my money isn’t wasted and they are happy to give me 30% off. When selling online orders your staff should show the customer each item that was bagged to ensure it was the correct item or that it was up to the customers standards. If I’d of seen it before hand, I wouldn’t have bought it.
