    Bought nicotine vape there yesterday, checked the packaging before I left the store and found the tank wasn't full or even close. I was told I could not return it even though I hadn't left the store or opened it. Exchanged it for one that had a lil bit more. I will never be buying anything from this store again.     Came in. Bought an Orchid cart. It was leaking. Came back in and they replaced it, no hassle. Tried it out, still wasnt pulling off my battery (it ended up being broken) I go back in and show them that its not working. Ask if they have any batteries for sale. The guy goes to the back of the shop, gets a emerald triangle battery and told me if the cart hits, to keep it. 10/10 customer satisfaction. Felt like the staff went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

    This place is a Joke!!! Don't buy disposables here.Cause they do not back their product. Bought a dab pen had 5 hits and it no longer works. Although its clearly full they can't return after 7 days. Go to medford !! NECTURE!!!! They can obviously look you up and see when you purchase something.You don't have to have the box.The Receipt nothing and it doesn't matter if it's been a month or a week.They will return their stuff.
