The customer service at this location is an absolute joke. They have a big, red-headed guy working there who is incredibly hostile and aggressive. The second you walk through the door, he glares at you like he wants to swallow you whole. The staff here seem completely miserable, depressed, and full of anger. Dealing with someone that intense and unwelcoming completely ruins the experience. Save your money and go somewhere else where the employees actually know how to treat human beings with basic decency."

As a traveler, I highly warn people of color to avoid this establishment. The customer service toward Black customers is unacceptable and completely biased. Despite having a couple of minority employees on staff to give the illusion of diversity, the overall attitude and behavior from the budtenders in this facility felt deeply hostile and racist. Kitsap County has some serious underlying issues, and the staff here make it clear they do not respect or welcome Black patrons. Do not spend your hard-earned money here; find a dispensary that actually treats all people with basic human decency. I will never return."
