I stopped in today to check out this new dispensary, and I left pretty disappointed. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made for a poor first impression. The selection was also much smaller than I expected, especially considering the size of the store. When I pulled up, I thought the place was packed because there were so many vehicles outside, but it turned out they belonged to employees while construction was going on. A little kindness and good customer service go a long way, especially in a community like Kalispell. I hope they take the feedback to heart because the business has potential, but the customer experience needs significant improvement.

We’re here the one in Helen is a lot better. They don’t have all their flowers displayed here. They don’t know what flower they have. They don’t know what the THC levels are of their flower and they don’t have all their flower displayed. You have to ask them what flower they have and then they have to look it up like they should have it displayed, and you should be able to look at it and see it because that’s part of buying
