I am fairly new to town and have felt extremely welcomed by everyone. I didn't necessarily expect the same kindness to be extended to the insides of places like a dispensary, however, that is one of the main things that brings me back here! Every associate I've interacted with has been knowledgeable, extremely kind, and they never have made me feel hounded to keep spending money like some places do. I WANT to spend more money because the vibes VIBE, not just because the product is great, because it is! Sarah and another gentleman I can't remember his name, but he has light colored facial hair, are always so kind and helpful. Sarah has fostered a connection that will also keep me and other customers alike returning. I just wanted to say thank you real fast to her so everyone else knows too, for filling me in on some of the local insights and giving me info to get more connected with my new town. It's been a rough transition, and her Portales pro-tips have helped give me something to look forward to aside from the wonderful customer service!
