I had parked in the only handicapped spot in front of this dispensary and went inside at approximately 3:45 pm. I was about to pay for the items I selected when I was ordered to leave the building to move my car from that spot because some lady that came in after myself complained about the angle of my car. The fact I had a legal handicapped placard didn't matter to the person who demanded me to leave. I guess he was some type of manager. He was very rude, attempting to display his authority by ordering me out of the store in front of customers, I feel, in an attempt to humilate me in public. I calmly left the store and the parking lot without making any comment. Because I was ordered to vacate the only handicapped spot available, I felt this treatment was worth reporting in hopes that this might prevent others from being treated the same way I was. My granddaughter was with me waiting in the car and told me no one had approached her or spoken to her about my parking. It seems from the treatment I had received that this store despises the disabled to the point of actively running off customers who happened to use their precious handicapped parking spot. I haven't experienced such callous disrespect from a glorified shop clerk before. If this is an example of how they treat the elderly and infirm, I am surprised they haven't closed sooner. They have lost my business due to the hateful attitude of what I guess was a manager. Don't waste your time and money here.

The management staff tells customers they smell or stink or they need to take a shower, Steer clear if you do hard labor or any work that makes you sweat.

I once highly recommend this place as the BEST spot to go with a 5 star review..However after the past several months of going to this place I have encountered a manager there who claims to be part owner who has been very disrespectful not only towards me but to the staff as well. Im mad as hell I have spent thousands of dollars there im a patient and for this manager who obviously everyone hates cannot control the way he talks to people. He treats his staff like crap and talks to his customers about other customers like that leagl right?. He told me today he doesn't understand why I ask for what u ask for like he treated me like shit and told me he going to give me what he wants hell no.. he needs to be fired for violating privacy laws and his nasty attitude like we owe him a damn thing. This place is a great place no lie but this guy this manager he is disrespectful and disgusting.

I really enjoyed my experience here recently. The staff was super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed at all. The atmosphere was clean and professional, which made the whole process feel very comfortable. I walked away feeling like I got exactly what I needed, and I’ll definitely be keeping this place in mind for the future.

Most of the budtenders are real nice. But the new owner is not. I was having trouble pulling up my license on the website and instead of trying to be helpful, he got hateful and very rude. I travel across the US and I have never had anyone at a dispensary be rude. I will never go back again! He must not like to make money if he keeps pissing people off. Save your money and shop down the street!

Everyone in the store is rude the majority of the time you go in to purchase something. On my last visit, a strange gentleman who was helping me at the counter had a small tantrum when I asked about the transaction limit. I wouldn’t buy weed here again if it was free

The bud tender talked so much about his former drug dealing life that I felt pretty uncomfortable. The next time I went in I asked for a different bud tender and had a good experience. Then I went back and I had the "Big time drug dealer in Florida " and he was obviously pissed to see me. I asked for their deal on the 28 one gram sativa carts, that's advertised right in front of his face. He groans and I ask if that was cool. He said "No, it's not cool" he then asked someone else to finish helping me and walked off. The deals are good but the small frame, short hair guy, with the large baseball cap, needs to eat breakfast. I'll bring him a chicken biscuit next time. 😋
