  I’ve been coming to this dispensary for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The atmosphere feels cold and uninviting. Customer service has never been particularly friendly, and during my last visit, the associate came across as dismissive rather than helpful. The promotions and discounts are also very confusing. Many of the offers come with so many fine-print restrictions that it’s difficult to understand what actually applies. The rewards program is especially frustrating. I had $5 in rewards available and asked to use it, but I was told I couldn’t. Instead, they only applied $2 while using the entire reward balance. When I asked why, I was simply told it was because another percentage discount had been applied. The explanation wasn’t clear, and it left me feeling like the rewards program isn’t as straightforward as it’s advertised. Another recent change that takes away from the experience is the music being played outside the store. It’s surprisingly loud and can be disturbing while you’re trying to arrive, leave, or simply have a conversation. It doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere—instead, it adds to an environment that already feels less inviting than it used to. As a returning customer, I expect a more welcoming experience, friendlier customer service, and clearer communication about promotions and rewards. Right now, it feels like customer satisfaction has taken a back seat. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling more frustrated than appreciated.

  Gabby gave me excellent customer service. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She also informed me of the promotion they had going on that saved me a lot off my purchase.

  My previous review was removed by the company. I’m assuming they do not want the truth about their manager getting released. I am reposting my previous review below. I have been holding off on writing this review for several weeks, but I feel my experience should be shared. I was a loyal customer of this dispensary for years and considered it my go-to location. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was enough to ensure I will not be returning. During my visit, I could clearly hear a conversation coming from the manager’s office area that included vulgar language and explicit sexual topics. The conversation was loud enough to be heard from the lobby and sales floor, making for an extremely uncomfortable customer experience. As a result, I chose not to make a purchase and left the store. What made the situation even more disappointing is that this was not the first time I had witnessed unprofessional behavior from management. On previous visits, I observed excessive phone use, profanity, and conduct that I would not expect from leadership in a customer-facing business. As someone who genuinely enjoyed this location and returned regularly for years, it is disappointing to see the standards of professionalism deteriorate to this level. Customers should not be exposed to inappropriate conversations while trying to shop. I hope ownership and upper management take these concerns seriously, because this was once my favorite dispensary. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan on returning.

  I bought a half ounce of GMO Jungle cake flower amd 1 gram of GMO Cake live resin badder. The half ounce was short a .3 of a gram. The live resin was short .2 of a gram. I have one of the best scales on the market. Do not buy here
