I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Nirvana Springs Dispensary. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. The woman checking IDs at the door was extremely disrespectful and even called me a vulgar name during our interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she went to the back to get another employee, which only made things more uncomfortable. The employee with dreadlocks also had a terrible attitude and made me feel uneasy during my purchase. I left feeling disrespected and like my concerns didn’t matter. I also had concerns about how my card was handled during the transaction, which made me uncomfortable. Because of my experience, I would recommend that customers pay close attention to their transactions and receipts. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this dispensary based on how I was treated.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) If you’re looking for a place that values respect and customer service, this was not my experience. The atmosphere became so hostile that I couldn’t wait to leave. The employee checking IDs at the door was rude from the start, and another employee was aggressive and made me feel intimidated. The worst part was that my two sons witnessed the entire situation. They became frightened and started crying because of how everything unfolded. A business should never make a family feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I walked in expecting professionalism and left feeling upset and disappointed. There are plenty of other dispensaries that know how to treat customers with kindness and respect. After my experience, I won’t be returning. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated because no one deserves to feel this way.
