    Taking away the medical line is wrong. I pay for a medical license. I pay for the short line convenience. How is it fair I have cancer and am in serious pain and most smoke for fun and I have to wait longer than I can physically tolerate unless I do a pick up only and then miss medical deals that are happening.... this is the only dispensary doing this to its medical customers. We live in pain and have medical conditions that challenge our lives and people complain about fairness in waiting in a line to get weed. Do better. Make a better solution. The only time you should look in your neighbors bowl is to see if they have enough, not more. Fairness is getting what you need, not getting the same as everyone else. Also I have had some rude tenders here, they obviously work there for ease of the job but do not actually like helping people. One person in particular works the pick up usually and he barely grumbles a hello to customers. In response to the owner. The people who are patients are those who pay for a medical card.... everyone else is a customer. You took away the line for your medical patients. So pick up orders can get priority but not medical users. Will not give Fernley business until they do better. I have spoken to management at Sparks and they are also upset that you have taken away the medical line. Definitely seem to care more for recreational users than medical necessity. Especially based off other people's reviews and doing things like offering chairs when they complained about the medical line not being a thing anymore.... like that is the only offer??? And the person doesn't have physical needs.. People have been complaining about this from the start and nothing had changed to help "the flow"

    I would give them a 4 but every time the wife and I go in in the bud tenders seem like there irritated they have to show u a product or go over there menu most honestly I seem to know more then lol lol first time was great in spark then went to Reno worker was complaining how tired he was and just wanted to get outta there was not help showing what I asked multiple times to see what I wanted and would push’s two brands I won’t mention them brands to were I feel there definitely a couple times I see a product available online I love and it’s on sale and this has literally I’ve had to do it twice show them I can walk outside place a order and drive through but u can find it or are to lazy to look or possibly trying to save those amazing deals for themselves to but getting kickback for pushing a brand they don’t actually consume or ever like but seems kinda outta all the dispensaries they seem to be that type most but still if u just go online cause is can be tough till u learn to win there website and it always freezes while placing order online but at least u get to see what’s all available and not what there making kickback lazy or not well trained in the cannabis industry lol ur over u can catch deals here and there my wife still likes it i ended up finding curaleaf around the corner so we’ll see whats going to be our new one try both for a bit
