Edited to add after response from store: I HAD my providers certificate with me. The employee said I could only shop if I emailed him the providers certificate & my phone was glitching/not able to do that. I had both my medical license and my providers certificate with me. The employee insisted the only way I could shop is if I emailed him both documents. That is not common practice at any dispensary unless I’m signing up for you to be my provider. Why would I have to email you those documents just to shop? The link you left shows me how to access that paperwork- and it says I must SHOW the paperwork to you. Not email it. I had the paperwork but was told I couldn’t shop because I couldn’t email it on the spot. And the employee was acting very “annoyed” with me which made it even more stressful. People are sick. That’s why they shop medical. Employees should be kind. Super difficult experience for a new medical patient. They wouldn’t accept my medical paperwork unless I emailed it to them. I also was forced to sign paperwork. The bud tender tried to get me to sign up so that they’re my provider. I didn’t want that. I have a provider. So after some confusion I signed something just saying I was shopping there I guess? Why do you need my paperwork on file via email? Literally every other dispensary I shop at doesn’t require all this extra work just to shop. After several minutes of struggling, I wasn’t able to get my email to work for my provider certificate and I had to leave. They wouldn’t accept the paperwork in any other form besides email. It doesn’t make sense & made it extremely difficult for me to attempt to shop. The bud tender had no other options for me (besides rec). And frankly didn’t really care to help. What about people that don’t have email access on their phones? You just don’t serve them? It doesn’t seem like a way to provide care for folks.

Went here tonight around 9:30 and I feel like my experience was terrible. I went in looking for a deal and a Indica and after being told what they had I was asked what I liked. My Budtender then proceeded to grab a 1/8th off the wall said it was a indica and then just scanned it in and told me my total. I felt very rushed and like my time and money didn’t even matter. Got home to find out it’s a hybrid with strong Durban terrines which give sativa effects! The exact opposite of what I wanted!

I need to update my review. This location has gone downhill. I’m a regular and have gotten two bad carts from this location. They will not replace the cart and it was proven by multiple people that the cart was not working properly. They then turn around and sell you another cart. They have become poor quality and poor customer service. If I have to shop here don’t expect a tip after all the money you’ve stolen from me.
