Used to be amazing until they switched everything up and now it’s impossible to order online! You think you’ve completed the order but it never goes through. Fix this or will be using different dispensary!

Extremely helpful employees! My goodness,, it’s a big change from some of the other companies. MÜV has good employees, but I was still unsure about which products would be most helpful for me. At Surterra, she helped me figure it out. The 60% discount for first time customers was great, too. But my favorite aspect was she gave me a clear idea of what to get based on my specific needs & goals. Best of all, there are many CBD to THC ratios to choose from You gotta try Surterra! 👍🏼

Yesterday I went to the Merritt Isl, branch. I ended up dealing with a male manager. I was asking about returning a gram Float vape cartridge which was leaking oil(?). They found where I purchased it and he thought he was making a big concession by allowing to return without my receipt, then found a crack in the cartridge and said couldn't do it , less than half full. I said yes there appears to be a crack and as to volume he could go look at what had leaked on my car seat! He quoted every corporate rule he could think of to AVOID returning the cartridge. SO if you buy anything there, do NOT think they warrant it. They pretty much have to see you use it and it break in front of them. And you better have your receipt on you. Good luck with that. Rick

They went from the fastest to the slowest and they can be so rude, much more rude than the other dispensaries in my area. I wish we had good options here or could at least grow.

I can't input the year I was born, only the month and day. Also, there is no place on the app to shop. Its a dead end.
