I love The Apothecarium, and am extremely grateful to them. As a medical patient, it can be difficult to find the right mix of terpenes. The Apothecarium helped me to understand what products to choose from that have been able to help me keep using medicinal cannabis without many T-Breaks (from infused cannabis to RSO syringes. Being a TerrAscend owned dispensary, the cannabis brands at The Apothecarium are not as expansive of other dispensaries, but they do feature other brands outside of TerrAscend. The staff is wonderful - always helpful, always awesome. Appreciate you all.

Beware Android users Mobile Promo coDes 'Only for smartphone customers. No other dispensary does that :n every customer should be able to apply promo codes regardless of cellphone. The right thing to do is honor the promo.

I wish I could give zero Stars. I have been shopping at the apothecarium since it opened in San Francisco, probably about a decade ago. Most recently they sold me a live resin vape that didn't work and I went in to try to get something else instead and they told me I couldn't return it or exchange it or get my money back even though it did not work and it hadn't been touched. Nothing had been smoked from it because it doesn't work. I will never shop at one of these apothecariums ever again and they just lost a decade-long customer. What poor customer service. They should be embarrassed. There's lots of competition out there now so they're going to have to figure out how to be better to their customers.
