Honestly normally I’d give this place 5 stars, but they lost me with their absolute trash last time. I bought a “discreet” pen… had the whole name on the front, whistled and burnt every thing. Of course there’s no refunds because they know how pathetic their stuff is. The staff is great, but whoever decides what goes on the shelf just doesn’t care about quality at all. You can shop for other brands, but I’ll never buy anything with the Bud House Brand again.

Always rude people working. Today was the last time I will ever go there. The straw that broke the camels back? An elderly man came in delivering pizza. The receipt he had showed "CASH TIP" when he asked about it, he was denied. WHAT???? As much money as they received in tips themselves, such utter BS! I hope your business drops so low you have to close your doors!!! I hope Noone tips !!!

I came in today and was extremely happy with my experience. My budtender Tori (I may be spelling her name wrong) She’s an absolutely incredible worker!! She’s amazing and I wish every budtender I ever had or have was just like her. Please give her a raise!!!
