My bud tender today was Emily. She was quite personable (as i've noted her to generally be). She didn't have to explain anything as I knew what I wanted, but my order was taken and double checked for accuracy (it was) which told me she was, additionally attentive. Personality and good service are valued by me and Emily and "The Heights" continue to deliver.

I've only been a couple times so far, but Emily has helped me both visits. She is knowledgeable, aware of what strains do what, how to mix percentages for specific feelings, and had been friendly and personable to me. The shop is well-secured, has an intimate layout, and professional (but individualistic) staff. Everything you could want from a dispensary. Watch the driveway, though: go slow, the slope is surprising both in- and out-bound.

I didn't know the orders got put back out if you didn't pick them up. I couldn't remember what I'd ordered and didn't want to waste her time. But she was so sweet and made it so easy and added on a couple of things! I always have good service. My daughter is in the industry and I'm still pretty clueless. 🤣
