The staff and owners have always been so kind, the menu is huge, and they have great deals. You can tell that everyone on the team really cares. It's hard to find people with such compassion. I'll be back for sure.

Awful first time at this dispensary, and I highly do not recommend going here. I went in with my partner yesterday to pick up a specific strain. We BOTH had our Med Cards and IDs out, ready to sign up, and EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. We interacted with spoke ONLY to my partner, and they automatically assumed I was just visiting, instead of as a patient/customer. Not only that, but my birth name on my license is a trigger for my PTSD, and having every employee yell that name really loudly when SPEAKING TO MY PARTNER AND NOT ME, MIND YOU, was very distressing and triggered a PTSD episode. Once we finally established I wanted to buy, we got sent back. The lady working that counter was extremely rude and loud. She completely ignored me HOLDING MY MED CARD AND ID WAITING AND TRYING NOT TO CRY, and said "Have a nice day" once my partner finished their purchase. I had to ONCE AGAIN clearly state that I was buying. Everybody there was far too loud, talked way too much, CONPLETELY IGNORED AND TRIGGERED ME, and then had the audacity to ask us to come back again??? No. Never again. This was an awful experience and I will not be coming back.

Went in with my partner, staff only spoke to me and at every turn ignored him and assumed he wasn't a customer as well. The front desk worker told the worker in the back that we were both purchasing, and as soon as I finished my purchase, she said "have a nice day" completely ignoring the fact that he had put his id on the table for her. Disrespectful staff, horrible experience. If you can find the product you need at a different dispensary, even if for a higher price, its worth it.

I absolutely love Next Level. The environment is welcoming, clean, and comfortable every time I visit. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to help me find what works best for my needs. They’re kind, patient, and truly care about helping people feel better. Plus, it’s so convenient! Highly recommend.

Be careful. The owners are pathetic, rude, and absolutely do not care about their patients. Staff member Ashley was very disrespectful and I’ve seen her vaping in the store multiple times on the job..

Owner tried to bully me into dealing with him after I was disappointed with a previous purchase. Extremely pushy and unprofessional. 100% would not recommend and if the owner is there beware he can turn on a dime and is a real tyrant.
