This was a very low traffic dispensary and I placed a preorder 40 minutes prior that was not filled. They had 4 bud tenders and no one was attending to the online orders. With two walk-ins and 3 online order customers waiting and being called up 1 at a time was just mind blowing. The service was okay and no apology for the long wait on the preorder with maybe 5 people total in store. I hope that management assess how things are done operationally because this was a disappointment and one of the worst dispensaries I've been to in Arizona. ⭐

Solid dispensary with seemingly happy employees. Way better than Curaleaf who abuses their employees and overcharges their customers. This Trulieve location always has great deals, and a big and discreet parking lot!

Online and in-store prices don't always match, so be sure to double-check your order before checking out. While the store will honor the lower price, price adjustments require manager approval, which can add unnecessary time to your visit. Time is money, and accurate pricing from the start would make for a much smoother experience.

There is a different location 5 min from me, but I choose to drive 20 to your store. Your store is always well staffed, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Lovely store and staff.

First time visiting. Girl that checked me in said to let them know its my first time. At the end they said it was not first time. (Frustrating, as it was my first visit) Fine. I asked how much. I went and got more cash. Came back. They rang me up and gave me a different price with tax. So i had to go get more cash....... I walked out. (Im out of state, we dont know about the 22% tax) Staff was friendly, they should give FINAL price when asked.
