I’ve been a customer at Sol Flower for years, and I can honestly say that Val is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. From day one, he’s consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. Whenever I’ve had a concern or a less-than-perfect experience, Val has always taken the time to listen, make things right, and ensure I left feeling valued as a customer. That level of care is rare. His product knowledge is exceptional. He’s never just trying to sell something. Instead, he takes the time to understand what I’m looking for, explains the differences between products, and recommends what will genuinely work best for me. His advice has always been honest, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. What stands out even more is his attitude. Every time I walk in, Val greets customers with a smile, positive energy, and professionalism. I’ve yet to see him without a smile, and it’s clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people. That kind of consistency says a lot about his character. Employees like Val don’t just represent a company, they elevate it. He is an incredible asset to Sol Flower, and I sincerely hope the company recognizes the value he brings every single day. Exceptional customer service like his is becoming increasingly rare, and he sets the standard for what every customer hopes to experience. Thank you, Val, for years of outstanding service. Your dedication, integrity, and genuine care for your customers have not gone unnoticed. Sol Flower is fortunate to have you on its team.

If there is anything to ever complain about this place, the number one problem is their management and their company policy. This situation has occurred multiple times however, there is one incident in particular that stands out. I purchased one of their standard typical juke box pre rolls they had, I drove all the way home just to figure that the pre roll case was empty with no pre roll. I called them and complained and they said come back over and we will replace it for you. I did exactly just that except I also asked at the manager for something extra to compensate me for the troubles of driving back. He rudely told me that the dispensary is just required to "replace" the product that I bought and therefore cannot give anything extra to compensate me. This blew my mind completely. I have never been to a dispensary that was so disingenuous to its customers when it was their own fault for the trouble. I was disappointed in his response and he didnt care at all.
