If you're buying Uncle x here you're likely buying it. Double the price then you should other places sell it way cheaper.

Came in this morning. Manager on duty was super rude white dude with blonde hair and a Hat. The last manager told me I had two accounts. So I was able to use to get a free Item. Why did I have to run across this guy. Remind you I been in the weed industry for years. Bad customer service need better budtendaters. Will jeopardize revenue. Gotta appreciate your consumers

*update 04/10/2026 Employee Mason at University location, gotta give him a shoutout. Formerly a medical patient for a decade, I value discussing the unique benefits of all the different strains of flower. Mason took the time to share his passion for the same. His knowledge matched his enthusiasm. Let me say this- I have no expectations. That’s Mickey Mouse stuff. However, when an employee verbally initiates his/her/them love for specific qualities per strain, that’s friggin cool. Like. That goes beyond cool in my opinion, it transcends semantics. It’s an idea. I know I’m not the only one who values ideas of passion, knowledge, and positivity. Bad Bunny, had this sign. The only thing stronger than hate (or indifference) is love. And Mason showed up with that love yesterday. Give that man a bonus. Also managers Jazzy and Brennan match that energy Mason showed yesterday. And employee Jorge! The whole staff is awesome. I think I remember a Brandon and a gentleman named D. Cool dudes as well- also fellow tall guys. So that’s cool too haha. Take ‘er easy, and happy trails. 😎 *update 6-06-2026 Still love Sol! However, I’ll be honest. Sometimes Uncle X doesn’t smack the way it does when it’s on point. And that’s all gravy with me. However, at a certain point, as the consumer- I have to be open-minded to seeing what else is available at price match on Uncle X, at other dispensaries. Uncle X…It’s always legit, smokable- but lately it’s pretty dry. The eighths have been a safe option- maybe these baggies are from a smaller batch that’s fresher. But I’ve noticed this a few times as a strictly Uncle X flower consumer, as of about two years ago. That’s more than understandable, but there’s no way to know if it’s on point or dry stemmy and harsher than usual, unless I purchase it. Because it’s not smart business to say, “yeah- most are kind of dry right now…” and I absolutely respect that. I can confirm the last purchase was a half zip of Red 22 (Blue Monico). Easily got a day and half left of that- meaning I got my medicine as needed, from a half- for more than 7 days. Worth it. That’s still under $300- at $75 a week. Or just at $300 basically. For the month to be pleasantly medicated, for $300, is worth it. HOWEVER- last time something like this was at this spot price point wise was the sun grown Project Packs, MADE, and BluePrint. Those were consistently awesome meds. But again, they’ve been gone for a minute. Like, about a year now. Not Sol’s fault- those vendors must be taking a break from the sun grown lineup. Oh well. I know Uncle X is one of the best bangs for anyone’s buck, in town. It’s not shake. It’s whole flower, sometimes small buds. That’s cool. But the quality needs to be more consistent. I don’t wanna grind out the harsher smokin’ times with the vendor known to us as Uncle. Preference wise I want to stick with Quality Uncle. And only quality Uncle. A little dip is expected, but not a major dip. I hope this doesn’t piss of any employees- this is for management and corporate to see. I really don’t think it’s deconstructive at all, but I know sometimes I do feel like i need pretend I’m walking on eggshells. Which is fun for no one. Hope to see everyone again in the future. I’m not saying this to piss on anyone’s gate. Hopefully it’s taken as a friendly, helpful, constructive observation from a regular of two years.

These people are using false discounts on their house brand Uncle X. They mark the product up %50 and put it on sale for %50 off to deceive customers into thinking they are getting a discount. This is sometimes also called price anchoring or reference price manipulation and is illegal in many instances. The employee I spoke to over the phone confirmed that this was a part of their 420 "deal", which is apparently to manipulate people into paying full price. Fix your online pricing and stop trying to overcharge customers.

Bud tenders always let people cut in line. I understand there is an express lane but walk ins should be first come first serve.
