Ordered online walked in with id the online order pickup was right inside the front door. I didn't have to get in line to go into the sales floor and wait for a cashier to open up. They had it ready and waiting right up front showed my id in and out in less than 3 minutes

The only dispensary I go to!! Hands down the best deals, best point system, and the best customer service. I always leave in a better mood than when I walked in. Thanks guys, you're really making a difference in people's days 🥰🥰

Pretty standard deals for the market. Staff is friendly and helpful. Where Trulieve does not perform well consistently is business flow/execution. There have been a number of times the pick up line takes longer than if you had just walked in. There's also been times where the person handling the pick up window is just missing and you stand there looking around for 5 minutes till another staff noticed. I've had visits where they were clearly short staffed. They have a great location and ok pricing but much room for improvement in running like a well oiled machine.
