So at first I was a little upset because the Dr Greenthumb cartridges were messing up. 1st one- liquid coming out the bottom 2nd- liquid coming out from the top and 3rd- coming out from bottom. My husband told me to call on the 1st one but I didn't because I didn't want to be a hassle and shit happens. But the 2nd and 3rd I had to call. James is absolutely amazing he completely understood the situation without any judgement plus he remembered me too! Asked me to bring it in and replaced no problem and apologized for the inconvenience and wished me a good day. That was amazing customer service and outstanding hospitality!!! Items are good and staff is always nice and helpful. I will continue to go here!!! Thanks again James!!! I do highly recommend this place

Overpriced. Feels like I jumped back to 1999, honestly this is my least favorite place to go in tucson. I drive the extra 25 minutes to nirvana. Even d2 is 100x better

Review on their delivery process online. Haven't been into the store yet. I was able to fully place an order online for delivery. I got an email that confirmed the order, but then no other emails. I called the store to try and sort this out. Apparently, you need to scan and upload your photo ID on file for them to deliver (and then check your ID again at the door.) That should be a requirement to even place the delivery. What really confuses me about this is it DID require me to type my DL# in order to place the delivery order, which usually is just enough for me to place delivery orders elsewhere since they are checking that same DL# and DL for my ID at the door. I also was not told anywhere online that on top of the $25 min, you have to pay a $10 delivery fee! I dont understand why none of this is listed out before you're able to place an order for delivery, seems like a huge hassle for both the employees and people ordering.
