The staff is always friendly and can help you pick out great items for whatever it is you require. Please just do some research about what you feel and want since the lines can get long. Some of the best customer service ever.

I would give it a 5 if their customer service was better. The products are great. But the security officer his name is Frankie. He ruins your shopping experience the moment that he ask you for your ID. Maybe he has no customer service experience, treats you like a cop not a security guard, is very condescending and will not hesitate to treat you like shit if he has to. The security guard ruins of the charts. Sometimes depending on the girl you get, you might get shitty service and they might try to sell You products that are not good so be educated. But mostly watch out for the security guard. He doesn’t know how to treat people like decent human beings and talk to them with the right tone & manner. Lowkey I always felt a weird vibe from this officer, but I never said anything because it wasn’t worth it for me until my recent experience, it confirmed my assumptions. I tried with him, but he was just not trying to be polite when I’ve been a loyal customer. It’s the way you talk to people. Just respect people. & one more thing. Frankie needs to get a dictionary and read the definition of humble. Ask for things politely no need for the hostility. I’m just trying to get my weed.

So if your looking for a honest dispensary that sells premium quality bud try Aroma. This dispensary is selling defective contaminated bud. Specifically the west coast cure pre rolled. I went in because 3/6 were defective pre rolled. They were not rolled properly causing the bud to fall right out when smoking. So irritated I go back with intentions of sharing that these prerolled are recalled on 3/3/2026. They denied it and would not replace the defective or return my money. To me that sounds like a company that don't give a crap about the people putting money in the register. So remember JARS and now OFF THE CHARTS are not concerned about the people they rip off. So make sure you check their product for recalls before going in and making large purchases. And to the bald manager. It's not wise to rip off people then give them no remedy to cure. This will be brought up during our next meeting with the tribe. And someone needs to teach this manager about customer satisfaction. It is not an option it should be a guarenteed your loss I only spend a $140 a week we the you guys make be more to think you would risk losing a faithful customer on a defective contaminated purchase. People these days. And if you do but and feel sick you know why.WHAT A RIP OFF AND A SAD MOMENT FOR OFF THE CHARTS.
