I have been visiting medical dispensaries for over ten years to find relief for my mother, who suffers from severe nerve pain and insomnia. In our experience, natural medicinal herbs have proven far superior to conventional Western medications like Ambien, which come with heavy side effects. However, as someone navigating this space strictly for health and well-being rather than recreational use, finding the right guidance in such a fast-growing industry has been daunting. Too often in the past, I encountered dismissive or impatient service where asking basic questions about dosing and effects made me feel shamed or judged. Because of that, I frequently bought products that didn't work and grew hesitant to ask questions. Cory completely changed that experience for me. After receiving conflicting information earlier in the day, I decided to go back inside, and I was fortunate enough to speak with Cory. Right away, his calm, genuine, and attentive demeanor put me at ease. He listened carefully to my family's specific needs without rushing me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable – confirming our positive experience with products like Moonbeam, clearly explaining product options, and proactively introducing a simple tool that solved a longstanding issue we'd had in the past. I'd also like to mention his coworker Daniel. Cory could tell from our conversation how frustrated I'd been by past experiences, and he seemed to pick up on some anxiety I had about coming back for a future visit. That's when he mentioned Daniel, who'd helped him out during my checkout, and told me I could go to either of them going forward since the two of them work closely together. It showed real teamwork and made me feel even more welcomed and taken care of. For non-recreational patients coming into this space seeking genuine medical relief, the difference a budtender like Cory makes cannot be overstated. Someone walking in already stressed or worried about a loved one needs to be met with patience, not judgment – and needs someone who takes the question seriously rather than assuming recreational use. Cory and Daniel are exactly that: compassionate, knowledgeable guides who open the door for people trying to improve their health and quality of life. For the first time in ten years, I felt completely heard, respected, and empowered. I believe this represents a vast opportunity for your store. Taking that first step is a daunting one for people who don't know much about marijuana, which is exactly why a good budtender is so essential. I often tell friends and family how far superior this herb has been for us compared to Ambien, but for those conversations to actually lead somewhere, they need a budtender just as good as Cory when they walk in. I'm confident there's a much wider customer base out there, with real needs like ours, waiting to be reached the same way I was. Cory and Daniel are phenomenal assets to your team, and I am deeply grateful for their exceptional service.

This is the best delivery service in the bay. I literally never wait longer than 45-60 mins for delivery and every driver is so nice and chill. They are quick easy and have the best product. I literally recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to get off the couch to go to the dispensary LOL. Purple Lotus is the best🔥
