I had a very disappointing experience at this dispensary. Steven was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. I came in expecting friendly customer service and instead felt unwelcome and rushed. Thankfully, another employee, Jaime’s, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He was respectful, patient, and actually took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed. Without Jaime’s , I would have left without making a purchase. I hope management recognizes the difference in customer service between these two employees. Jaime’s deserves recognition for his professionalism, while Steven could benefit from improving how he treats customers. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially in a business where people often have questions or need guidance.
