If your cute don't go here today is my birthday I went in with free 7gram scratch off. The girl seen it was my birthday we asked if there was birthday deals she said nothing to us. She had an issue from the moment we walked in. I won't be back I don't want to be hated on by a dang budtender. In top of all that this ain't seven grams got home and weighed it. Like wow low self-esteem shouldn't be a reason to short someone on their tweeds. I spent a lot of money with this hole in the wall. I will be recommending out of town people somewhere else.

My experience with with an employee named Leila was hands-down. The best customer service I have ever received from a business. She has always treated me with respect and professionalism no matter what kind of day I’m having I come in she helps me and I always leave in a better mood than when I came. She’s very knowledgeable about the product there and a great addition to you guys team there great job and my business will definitely be repeated time and time again there also would recommend friends and family to shop for their needs there over the experience that I’ve had with layla

Lela helped me out and she was super chill and really helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and gave me some really good recommendations without making me feel rushed. Made the whole experience comfortable and easy, definitely will be coming back :)

Recently, I have visited the Xclusive store on Smith Road, not the one on Aurora Road. The owner recommended that the Aurora location had improved. He suggested that I try it if I am in the area. There have been significant staff and management changes, he mentioned. I contacted the Aurora location, and they informed me that they had glitter bombs in their popcorn. I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I discovered that the popcorn was more than half shake. I usually receive a discount for shake-y popcorn. However, the bud tender informed me that the popcorn still contained bud, so it was priced at regular price. I was disappointed, but I still enjoy the glitter bomb strain. Unfortunately, I will not visit this location again because the popcorn is more than half shake. I appreciate customers better, and I hope that the staff will take this into consideration.

- Mia LavallaisApril 18, 2026
this place scammed me. they over charged me for $20 pack of joints THREE TIMES the value of my purchase. told me to dispute with my bank and gave me the product discounted at 1 penny. the 57.95 charge is because i was charged from someone else’s order which i did not receive. this is the receipt for the item they sold me at 1 penny which was paid in cash, the receipt says “card problems per jake” to acknowledge the mistake and jake is the employee who made the mistake. then when my bank contacted them they denied the charge back and left me screwed. absolutely horrible business I will be reporting them to the state department

These my people. Down to earth budtenders, cheap and high-priced strains. I just think they don't act stuck up.
- Tiffany SpickermanMarch 27, 2026
This location is actually the worst one. The budtender that helped me today had an awful attitude (skinny black lady with a septum piercing) not once did she even smile. Horrible customer service skills on top of being out of every product I went in for. If I could give a -5 star review I would. If you want a good xclusive go to the other two locations, they are ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS have the products you’re looking for.

This is my go to place!! The staff is very friendly and the prices are excellent!
