The budtenders here have always been cool but I had to deal with a jerk today. My online order had a note on the bag that said it was over the limit. I told him I corrected it before placing my order and his response was, “the system may have let you order anyway but I’m not going to let you walk out over the limit.” After a little back and forth we walk to a register where I find 2 extra items had been placed in my bag that I didn’t order which caused the issue. He then tells me that some of my purchases were 20% off and told me my total was about $25 over what the online system said. I told him that everything I ordered should be 30% off, to which he said no initially, but eventually fixed it. The total still sounded a few dollars higher than it should have been but at that point, and without having a screen for him to show me the order, I just paid and left. Upon inspecting the receipt at home I found that he only gave me 20% on one of the products, which just happened to be the most expensive one. I usually tip but this guy didn’t deserve one. I guess I’ll call that even. EDIT: Since this review I’ve gone back here many times, it’s too close to my house to not have given it more chances. Nearly all of the budtenders have been really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly (and I ask a lot of questions). The ones that aren’t as knowledgeable have still been friendly. I’m upgrading them to five stars.
