David and Matt you both are awesome! Definitely exceeded my expectations exceptional customer service. I’ve never met two respectful and polite gentleman until I visited the location for the first time today. They definitely deserve to be recognized for the work that they do well done guys. I’ll definitely be returning. If I could give you guys 1 million stars I would. 😉

Higher grade by best buds, one of the best places to get organic premium flower! The staff is friendly and willing to give you all the information about the products, a lot of people may be worried about the switch over, but honestly, it’s the pretty amazing switch! With monthly deals and loyalty points You’re always saving when you come into Best Buds! :) go give them a try!

IF YOU ARE A MEDICAL PATIENT.... RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! I am highly disappointed by my recent experience here as a medical patient. After leaving, I noticed a significant discrepancy on my receipt where the tax applied was much higher than the standard medical rate. When I returned to address the billing error, the customer service completely deteriorated. While I was attempting to resolve the issue with Matt, another employee, Ryan, became incredibly combative and passive-aggressive about the refund. He insisted that medical patients are subject to an 8% state tax—which is completely incorrect—and chose to stand there attempting to intimidate me while Matt and I finished the transaction. As a patient, I expect accurate billing and a respectful environment. The lack of knowledge regarding medical tax structures and the hostile attitude from staff are entirely unacceptable. I will not be returning and strongly advise other medical patients to double-check their receipts.

It was my first time visiting Best Buds, and Matt made the whole experience great! He was super friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this dispensary. 5 stars!

USED TO BE 5 stars. All the amazing reviews are for the Former Higher Grade, NOT for the now “Best Buds” fka Buddy Boy New Owners are Big Canna, mass produced garbage at the expense of quality. Their Live Resin carts are a disgrace and they no longer carry olio. Last of the beautiful HG flower out now and will soon be replaced by their mids.

I had a great first experience at this dispensary and will definitely be coming back. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, which can make a huge difference, especially when it’s your first visit. David and the store manager (I believe her name was Kristen) were both incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. They took the time to walk me through different product options without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I really appreciated how they asked questions to understand what I was looking for and then guided me accordingly. They also made sure I was aware of the current deals, particularly on pre-rolls, which helped me make a more informed decision and get the most value for my purchase. That level of attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed. What really stood out to me was the experience of exploring the flower selection. When I asked about the half-ounce bags, they didn’t just point to a menu—they actually pulled several options out of the case, opened each one, and let me see and smell the buds. As they did this, they explained whether each strain leaned more sativa, hybrid, or indica, and even shared their personal favorites. That hands-on, educational approach made the experience feel much more personalized and helped me feel confident in my final choice. Overall, the combination of friendly service, product knowledge, and genuine customer care made this a standout visit. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows. I’d absolutely recommend stopping by, especially if you’re new or looking for a more guided, thoughtful shopping experience.

This place was bought out by some corporation and everything changed quickly and with no communication. They are still going by the Higher Grade name even though they don't have the same products. Medical is not longer offered here and they have no way of using your earned credit because they don't have a system set up. And worst of all, all flower is in bags, not jars so you can't see the quality. Find another place that isn't ruin by corporations.

I had to wait 20 minutes before I finally called and a girl was in the back finally came out and took care of me and brought me in and the joints I got were good very over pricey I couldn't see any of the weed none of it was kind of presented they said they only have one ounce for $120 no other cheaper ounces that was irritating the experience was not that good I don't know if I'll be coming back I get my ounces for $60 32% THC at good chemistry if I can't even see the weed I'm not going to be buying anything there I bet you guys have great people that come there I'm not trying to diss you guys but overall the experience for my first time was horrible I won't be coming back anytime soon too expensive especially in the ghetto I mean you guys got strawberry right up the street from you guys selling oz for 50$ everyday and always 26 to 32%, thank you for the experience but it's a no for me

This place is now some other company. The signs, parking spots, signs inside all say Higher Grade, but they didn't have any HG products. False advertising for sure! Would not recommend!

These guys know what they're doing. Every time I come in here, Dylan and Lex take the time to point me towards a product I can use. Last time I came by, I told them about the crazy anxiety I'd been getting smoking. They pointed me towards the Dante's inferno strain, and I have never looked back. They're professional, and they listen. I will be returning for sure!

They were extremely weird about my ID which is 100% legit and their prices are pretty high on the med side. If you buy olio carts try The Center on Broadway. Save yourself $11 a piece.
