Really sad these guys haven’t found a building yet. If you have been, you know there is no place comparable to this place. All natural weed really makes a difference and this was easily the most consistent flower and concentrates I’ve ever found. Any word on you guys finding a new building? Can’t wait till you guys come back.

TL;DR: Brenna (the floor manager) was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. The rest of the staff and products have always been great, but this one return experience left a terrible impression. Historically, this dispensary has been a five-star experience and five-star quality. I’d even give it extra credit. But after my recent interaction with Brenna (the floor manager), giving two stars feels generous. I purchased two live rosin cartridges from a different salesperson the night before. One exploded when I tried to screw it in; the other wouldn’t work with my battery. I called the store and spoke with the salesperson, who was apologetic and encouraged me to come back so they could make it right. When I returned, Brenna insisted the cartridge worked on her “tester.” I asked to see proof, and rather than calmly assisting, she loudly argued with me in front of other customers. After some back and forth, she begrudgingly handed me her personal battery so I could test mine outside. After screwing and unscrewing the cartridge several times, it finally made contact. I told her the fit was inconsistent and hadn’t worked at first. Her only response was a sarcastic “greeeeeeaaaaaat” before she walked off behind the counter. The cartridge quality is questionable at best, but what really shocked me was how aggressively and dismissively I was treated. To make matters worse, after I stepped outside, Brenna began talking trash about me to other staff and nearby customers—clearly fishing for validation. What she didn’t realize is that my girlfriend was still inside and heard everything. She told me as soon as we left. This has been the only dispensary I’ve gone to in Denver for years. I wasn’t looking for a confrontation—just a little help. When I asked if someone else could assist (there were other employees not currently helping anyone), she replied, “No, I’m the only person—I’m the floor manager.”

My experience of this dispensary is that they are over priced and their weed has a shelf life. I have found that their flower has not been flushed out properly and nutes are present when smoking the flower, to me overall their weed was average as best and over priced regardless of what their grow boasts. Not happy.

The Budtenders here don’t know the product well enough to give me what I asked for. I can’t pretend to keep up with the zillion new strains available and I rely on their expertise to help me treat my condition. All I wanted was something to help me function during the day with chronic pain and severe anxiety, and I’m given a bud that puts me to sleep after giving major munchies. Absolutely not what I wanted!! What am I supposed to do with this? I don’t have sleep issues and hate this high ! not only am I out $250, I have nothing to medicate the issue I described to the bud tender who recommended the strain I purchased. From Cali to Nevada to Colorado I’ve never been so disappointed in a dispensary in my life.
