  Have enjoyed it in the past but stopped carrying certain items and just waited 15 minutes to provide my ID to them while only one customer was inside. No acknowledgment from staff even though we were visible at the check in area. Checking out Meadows Dispensary right down the road. Hopefully they appreciate customers!

  The shop was clean, organized, and looked, and felt great. The manager,( I apologize that I don't know your name,) was talkative, interesting and very helpful. I'll go back, even if it's a few more miles down the road!

  This is my favorite dispensary! Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their customers. The store manager is fantastic, and the deals and rewards program are unbeatable. As a woman who was just getting started, they made me feel comfortable, confident, and never intimidated. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the sales associates—they’re all knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone, whether you’re new or experienced!

  Two stars because I've been pleased with the tangerine frost. However, there's more to the story. On Sunday, June 7th, I purchased an eighth of Biesel by Artsy. Seeing later that the date on the package was March 2026, I called and spoke with the manager (who was the only person in the store). Her name was Kristen. She had been nice when I first went in, and we had chatted about our cats; but when I called about the date issue she tried to fib and say that dispensaries are granted a certain number of months beyond that date during which to legally sell the product; the catch is that a dispensary must disclose the fact that the product is past its use-by date/expired, which she failed to do. She then attempted to make a distinction between use-by dates and expiration dates (that doesn't exist): they are interchangeable phrases sharing the same meaning. Ultimately, she said there was nothing she could do. Incidentally, I see that whoever is responding to the reviews here is also claiming that use by dates are different from expiration dates. So pray tell why a package would only have a single date if that date did not indicate expiration. We all know that expiration dates are more of a suggestion than anything else but they are still used as a hard rule, for example grocery stores cannot sell expired products. Likewise, the degraded product I was sold was not worth a $3 discount. The bud was disappointingly dry and had started to yellow. I felt like I'd been jipped out of $42 - would never have bought the product knowing its age and condition. So, I got my guts up and returned to the store, explaining that after looking up the Colorado medical laws I would report the business for selling me an undisclosed, expired product if she didn't exchange the item or return my money. Upon hearing this, she waved me back immediately. I wasn't going to make a post about this, but you'll see why my mind changed. So, because all the Artsy strains they had were from "last year's drop," (assuming that meant all or most were expired!), I agreed to exchange for an 8th of the Silver Stem tangerine frost. Here's the kicker: its price is $25/8th - but she didn't give me any money back or offer any products to make up the difference, and I paid about $42 for the Artsy 8th. A $17 theft! She actually had the gall to claim I owed 15 cents for the tangerine frost. When I said I would have to go back to my car for change, she said, "Pretend to put 15 cents in my hand." Yet, a whole quarter of tangerine frost is $45, basically the same as an Artsy 8th. In conclusion, this store/brand technically owes me an eighth. 🫠 And they need to make sure their employees are trained to let people know if a product is past its "use-by" date. For many of us, at $45/8th, freshness is a vital factor!

  Wonderful experience! Kristen helped us, took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and explained multiple products to us for options with a knowledgeable excitement. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the service was friendly, informative, and the employees genuinely seemed to enjoy being there.   Becoming the only place I’ll shop at! The women who work there are wonderful and make the place so welcoming. I appreciate their product knowledge but more importantly their friendliness and customer care. They have great product, in house and other, and consistently offer great specials and new variety. Oh and they have a good rewards program!
