I come here regularly and usually have a great experience but not today. I usually get my industry discount but the lady with long nails rudely denied because I didnt have my active badge on me. I dont carry it when im not working because of how important it is. No one including her managers have ever cared but for some reason today she did. That's how I tip you guys 10 dollars or more everytime. Probably wont be back. Sucks for your coworkers you drove away such a reliable and regular big tipper.
