Usually, I love coming here and have a great experience. However, today, was not the same. I was working with Cynthia (that’s what my receipt says anyway) and I have to say she was borderline terrible. I walked in to grab a cartridge, and was not greeted, even after greeting her. I also told her what I was shopping for and instead of asking any questions or conversating with me she pulled up the tablet silently. The whole interaction was quiet and unwelcoming. I’m sad cause usually the staff here is AMAZING!
