I placed a large order on Sunday. All of my items were on sale. I went to pick up the items on the following day (Monday) and was charged over $100 more than my emailed receipt. I was told that the sale prices were not being honored as the sale ended Sunday. I had to explain that the store should honor the pricing on my receipt, especially since I had set the order to be picked up the following day as the store was closed on Sunday. Eventually, the team member reduced my total, but it was still $6 more than my receipt. It’s funny because the girl who greeted me at the front was so incredibly happy and sweet and then I got the bait and switch in the rear. I didn’t want to have to write this review because the people in the shop are generally friendly and cool. But this whole thing was very UNCOOL. This is a corporate software issue and should be fixed and their dime and time, not mine. Very UNCOOL…

Jarell was so helpful!! (He totally deserves a raise) Front desk woman too, so helpful. Answered every question I had, pointed me in the right direction. 100/10 would recommend. Great location, great vibes, great people! What more could you possibly ask for? 🤟🏼💜 Also tons of parking And they have a happy hour every day 1-3 pm where they have choice items on sale, also a bunch of items in general are always on sale And you get 25% off your first purchase (doesn’t count on sale items so get that expensive one for your first purchase!!) That’s the best deal at any recreational spot I’ve been so far. Love it 💜
