Always a great experience. Thomas what he was doing when I came in and took me and was able to get me what I needed. Staff is beyond friendly. It’s one a few places in life where the interaction isn’t difficult and because of their prices being as great as they are, we spend more money overall here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at GrowHealthy. I originally went with someone who was getting their medical marijuana card through Dr. Kyle Runnels with Private Practice of Florida. Since this was our first experience with any of this, we really didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Runnels met us right in the parking lot, and the entire appointment was incredibly quick, easy, and professional. He made us both feel comfortable from the moment we met him. While he was helping her, I mentioned that I had been thinking about getting my own medical card. Even though he had other appointments to get to, he took the time to help me get everything started that same day instead of making me come back. That alone spoke volumes about the kind of person he is. Afterward, Taylor from GrowHealthy came out to help me complete all of the state paperwork. She made sure everything was done correctly so I could start using my card immediately, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Once I got inside the dispensary, I was honestly overwhelmed—in the best way possible. It felt like finally getting into a restaurant you’ve wanted to try forever and suddenly realizing you want everything on the menu. GrowHealthy has an incredible selection, from flower and concentrates to edibles, tinctures, topicals, and so much more. There were so many options that I had no idea where to begin. This is where Taylor absolutely shined. She took the time to explain everything, answer every question I had, and helped me narrow down exactly what would work best for what I was looking for. Even though there were other customers waiting, she never once made me feel like I needed to hurry. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I left confident in my decisions. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Taylor truly made what could have been an overwhelming experience enjoyable and exciting instead. If you’re looking for a dispensary, I highly recommend GrowHealthy. And if you’re lucky enough to have Taylor helping you, you’re going to have an amazing experience. She is a huge asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for the outstanding customer service she provides. I’d also highly recommend Dr. Kyle Runnels if you’re looking to get your medical card. He made the entire process unbelievably easy, professional, and stress-free. Thank you again to Taylor, Dr. Runnels, and everyone at GrowHealthy for making my first experience better than I could have imagined!
