After this place was bought out by a different company, it has gone down hill. They are crazy expensive and they don’t do the deals they used to do. Won’t be going back anymore

This place is ridiculous. My friend came in to get some vapes. And they gave her a Buy 2 get 2 deal. Then I went in after and they told me that they didn't have that deal. Also this store does not have the same inventory as the Port Orange store.

this place has unfortunatly changed OVERNIGHT. Been a loyal faithful customer for years and tonight I was so very disappointed, instead of the usual fun bright personalities it was a angry girl who informed me all points and rewards are not working at all so I needed to change my order because I had expected one thing and didn't have enough money, she scoffed and was angry and don't know if I was even getting any points! I spend A LOT of money here and count on discounts and points to stay medicated. it seems as if when they changed owners the atmosphere changed very sad

Doesn't honor website prices even after sending a filled notification. They sell one price online and ask for more money at pickup. Last time going here

I Believe most all of Suterra employees are good at their job. I have Reviewed several employees in the past. Time for me to mention employee Leah . Outstanding Personality , Mindfulness, Who goes out of Her way to Assist your needs. Sincerely Greg Farina I’m updating my recent review. Visited today and was able to be interacting with Joey Who Happens to be my Original Favorite Dispensary Employee . I have known Joey since I first moved to Palm Coast. About Three Years. Back then Joey would do Monthly Seminars on all products , He has Vast knowledge about the Entire Industry . Also was extremely Excited about the New Owner Who he believes is Taking Suterra Wellness Palm Coast to the next level . His Enthusiasm is Contagious , However also Enjoyable. Sincerely Greg Farina Update as of 3/6 Another Star at Suterra wellness that would be Cameron Extremely friendly and Accurate in doing his Tasks. I’m thinking perhaps the owner can open a Recruiting School. Certainly know’s about Hiring and Selecting Great Employees. Sincerely Greg Up Date 4/28 Once Again Impressed by Customer Service at Suterra Wellness, Flagler Dr. Joey who is probably the Senior Employee, Effectively Efficient. Perhaps Joey can Show the Staff applying your MJ Doctor Labels which makes for Easy Removable. Joey Also has the Skill of Recommending other Cannibas Products. I look forward to his Feedback. Joey Seems to be A Leader of his Team of Terrific Employees. Sincerely Greg Farina

I’ve been purchasing products here for over 6 years. During those years, I have observed that they continued with their customer service. I want to thank you for making the ordering more simple especially for a retired combat vet. You can now link your Bank account and receive your order Faster, and Easier. The change to the website pertaining to ordering is more simple. This will exceed your continued successful in Customee satisfaction Thanks again and keep up the Great work.
