Never successful with redeeming rewards , in the store rewards and rewards for purchase. This is an ongoing matter ..since this particular location opened .Few Managers ask for my name and email as if they’re going to fix the matter . 1 manager even said they would get back with me with a call back ..That never happened. I believe it’s unfair that I’m not able to save money like everyone else by having access to redeem rewards. No staff cares. I believe that the managers do enough just to get me to purchase and leave. All member have the right to save money by using rewards but ME. Lazy staffing! Low-key discriminative as they have been aware of this matter at this point for a while now.

Tried their rosin maybe like a year ago. Then tried another puck recently that looked so bad. The color greener than a dollar bill and with a black spec in it. Have had any other dispo would have rectified this horrible product thats full of plant matter. The flower may pass but solventless this is just so below the medical market standards and I'm very surprised I never tried to return the first one but this was so bad that I didnt even want to ruin my puffco or rig. Will definitely not recommend any solventless from Cookies Florida ever again especially with it being medical and their solution is a 5 dollar credit on my account for this beyond unsatisfactory experience. P.s. there was spec in the scoop I took and I put it right back into the container still got a horrible customer experience.
