The vibes are cool and the employees are nice, however their products just aren't for me. Everything I purchased as a first time patient/customer caused me to endure bad headaches.

Drive thru cashier Gian lost my student ID, took no responsibility, offered no solutions saying I must have had it, sent me home after I suggested they call me when they find it and they did and then told me I couldn’t speak to a manager when I returned to retrieve it.

This is my first review after attempting to patronize this location when it operated as Columbia Care. Since that time, the business has undergone multiple name changes and is now operating as Mint. Upon arrival, the dispensary appears abandoned. There is rarely anyone present in the drive-through, and when staff do appear, their demeanor is consistently unprofessional and hostile, suggesting potential issues with management or employee compensation. Despite premium pricing, the quality of the product does not align with the cost and is significantly below reasonable consumer expectations. The repeated rebranding raises concerns about stability and accountability. I strongly encourage management to focus less on changing the company name and more on improving product quality, employee treatment, and customer service. If this business were providing affordable products and treating both customers and employees appropriately—similar to how McDonald’s maintains brand consistency and customer loyalty—it would have no need to abandon its original branding. Instead, the frequent name changes suggest an attempt to distance the company from prior operational failures. Much like Burger King locations that charge premium prices while delivering inconsistent quality, this business appears to be pricing itself out of the market while offering a substandard customer experience. Absent meaningful improvements in pricing, product quality, and employee relations, this pattern raises legitimate concerns about the long-term viability of the operation.

Absolutely the best service I’ve had. No wait they help you out almost instantly. My card expired and they pretty much held my hand and helped me through the process. Every time I go to a different dispensary I instantly regret it and tell my self should have just went to cannabist. Update a year later they changed to mint. They changed there point program. Points just expire now. If you don’t get the app no points now. Ever since they changed to mint it’s never been the same. I will be traveling out of my way and trying new stores.
