Great staff, but serious quality control and health risk issues My fiancé and I are both medical cardholders and usually appreciate this location, but our last experience was terrible. We purchased the double chocolate chip cookies, and upon opening them, they were extremely brittle, and one had visible mold on it. Both of us ended up sick after eating them. When I brought the cookies back, Ian and Dorothy were very understanding, shocked by the issue, and checked the rest of the batch before giving us a replacement. I appreciate their quick apology and help, but a medical dispensary must rotate their inventory to ensure patients aren't buying expired or moldy products. While I love the staff and the store itself, this health hazard was unacceptable, and we won't be buying products here for a while.

There was WHITE MOLD on the double chocolate chip cookies edible that we purchased today. What makes me even more upset is that I already ate 3 of them. I told my fiancé they were really dry and he takes one out and there is MOLD on one of the cookies!. I immediately tell him that he needs to go back to the dispensary. My stomach is hurting and they let him exchange but I'm still pissed! Only reason being is i expect that to happen when you buy it the wrong way definitely not the right way smh. I don't know if he's coming back but I'm sure as hell not! You only get one time to play with my stomach and my life.
