This isn't the place to go for deals. All the drivers are nice at the Tally store. But that "AREN'T ALLOWED" to do a normal quality check before they leave apparently so they regularly send out leaky carts. I've gotten like 3 in the last year. Of course they wont give mgs back and just offer a coupon. But that doesn't help when they are 3 hours away and cant use their coupon for weeks until you can afford another order cause its so expensive and they never offer sales. Yay! This is like 4th time ive had to update my review! As stuff like this happens all the time!

I am reposting this review because the owner's response falsely stated that I was seeking to have the original transaction adjusted or revised. My original review stated: "Poor customer service. Do not expect to be given assistance in the event of an oversight by this business, specifically if discounts or credits are misapplied or overlooked." That remains my experience. To clarify, I never asked for the original transaction to be adjusted. The transaction occurred over a year ago, and I understand that promotions and discounts expire. My concern is that while I was in the store at the time of purchase, I specifically requested my birthday discount and it was not applied. I did not discover the error until the following year when reviewing my order history. When I contacted customer support, I was not asking for a refund or for the original transaction to be changed. I simply asked whether the business would provide any accommodation for an error that occurred despite me following the stated process and requesting the discount in-store. What I found disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. Support justified their decision by referring me to the FAQs, yet the FAQs clearly state that the birthday discount should be applied when requested in the store. When I suggested reviewing store footage to verify that I had in fact requested the discount, that suggestion was declined. The owner's response creates the impression that my complaint was about a year-old transaction not being adjusted. It was not. My complaint is that the business failed to apply a discount after it was requested, then declined to investigate the matter, declined to offer any accommodation, and mischaracterized my concern when responding publicly. Mistakes happen. What separates good customer service from poor customer service is how a company responds when those mistakes are brought to its attention. Based on my experience, this business chose not to take responsibility for its oversight and instead relied on an inaccurate explanation of what I had actually requested.
