Prices are way up! Probably up 300 to 400 percent compared to a few months ago. There are so many competitors, not sure of their pricing stragey.

As time goes on, Surterra gets more and more expensive. They nearly doubled there prices on CDT making the carts unaffordable. Apparently they no longer have good concentrates on the menu. The dep flower is no longer a bargain. Honestly, I miss going in there. The staff are amazing! Hope it all works out in time.

They have good stuff and great price with the staff. Totally sucks. These people got zero customer service quality they made me pay extra $10 because I was short 20 cents in cash on my account total that’s really really bad customer service.

There seemed to be a disconnect between the corporate office and management regarding the policy. Once the manager, Emily, got everything clarified, she went above and beyond to correct the issue. I only wanted my allotment restored for the 2-gram device, but Emily also provided me with a store credit, which I greatly appreciated. Emily turned my experience from a one-star review into a five-star one. I recently purchased a 2g Float disposable vape from Surterra, and to my surprise, it didn’t work at all straight out of the box. Naturally, I tried charging it—still completely dead. I returned to the store within a couple of hours, where an employee confirmed the device was defective. At that point, I assumed a simple exchange would follow—apparently, that was optimistic of me. Instead, I was issued a store credit but informed I couldn’t receive a replacement because I didn’t have enough “inhalation” remaining to qualify for another 2g device. So, just to be clear: I purchased a product that didn’t work, returned it promptly, and the solution offered was a credit that doesn’t even cover the cost of anything I choose for a replacement. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the defective vape, I was told I could “try to get the oil out of it.” That was a particularly helpful suggestion—I didn’t realize purchasing a disposable vape also required me to become a part-time extraction technician. The use of the word “try” was especially reassuring. To make matters more practical, the credit provided doesn’t even cover the cost of a similar product, and there were no suitable alternatives within that price range. The 2g product I originally purchased typically lasts me about a week, so this situation leaves me without the medication I rely on—something I was also informed is “not their problem.” Overall, it’s an impressive system: sell a defective product, offer limited credit, deny an even exchange, and suggest the customer dismantle the device themselves. Not exactly what I had in mind when I made the purchase.

A ways back I got a suggestion by an employee named Spencer to try a certain strain of flower. He explained the possible climate/regional growing origins told by the tale of flavor…an interested head nod with cash given, one internal eye roll to hand-roll later…my eyes quickly unrolled and were enrolled… All staff is friendly here with wonderful people bursting like purple flowers with flower, not to be confused with purple people eaters or cowards… They got the tasters😛 or the bakers😵‍💫. Definitely a great place to pick up what you need, the sales are awesome too. Love this place! Will continue to come back.

I went in today to grab a few things and ask a few questions. Tommy was working and he helped me tremendously. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & taught me things no one else has in the 5 years I have had my card. Everyone there is great but Tommy went the extra mile to help me understand some things. Top notch!!

Spencer was so much help, I'm not great at understanding the different strain and things of that nature, but he took the time to walk me through it and give me explanations and recommendations! Thanks to him this will be my energy favorite spot!
