Nikki at the pine Street location was awesome. I was in town for a bday cruise and we got some gummies pre rolls and infused drinks. We did 3 days in Orlando. Nikki was very nice. Im going to check out the website. She gave me a coupon. ;))

First time was the best time all because of Nikki she greeted us as soon as we entered, she was very pleasant and understood the assignment of what we were looking for, she was also able to provide amazing feedback and knowledge of items we purchased, and advocated for the company and what you all have to offer your customers we look forward to returning and visiting other locations because of but I’m sure the Orlando location will forever be our favorite because of our first impression

I am a regular at this location and always have a good time when coming in, all the servers are great but Nikki stands out for her prompt and friendly personality. This time I got the mango sticky rice with 25mg (new summer menu) but their drink menu has something for everyone! 10/10 recommend if you are in the area and are in need of some good flower and good vibes.

The place was so great! Great games and vibes. -2 stars because the music was so so loud, we left for the same reason. I hope it’s less loud next time. Edited - I was there on Friday 7/17 at like 7-ish? There was a band playing that was too loud, I was LOVING the music before they started.

Came here from Canada and was so amazed by the selection of infused drinks along with the variants of non alcoholic shots they had. I was served by Ethan who was amazing. He provided me with some recommendations along with a great little conversation.

Beautiful lounge. You can order your goodies like you’re at a bar. Drinks are infused and very delicious. Staff is always friendly and eager to explain how things work. $$$ cash only $$$ they do have an atm inside the lounge. They have events throughout the week that are really nice.

I went to grab a pre-roll and they were completely out. I was disappointed, and the girl treated me absolutely horribly. She was curt and rude with me And slammed the box with the flower in front of me and made some smart ass comment and walked away. Normally, this company is really great And I’ve never been treated that way by an employee. Just a very disappointing experience. I guess I can’t be frustrated that I just wasted gas and time for nothing.

a great and such a cute bar, my friends and i were helped by nikki and she gave use some amazing recommendations for drinks and rolls. they have a large variety but know there is no alcohol just the infusions but the drinks she made were amazing and so good, we got the 25mg (the highest form)and they have an event every night. Would be coming back if i could but i am not from florida.

First visit to Chronic Guru—awesome vibe. Nikki was cool, asked a few questions, and gave a great recommendation. Living in downtown Orlando since the '90s, nightlife has changed, but Chronic Guru and Nikki brought back some nostalgia.

I truly enjoyed my time there. Great atmosphere and the drink and product selection were A1. Friendly and knowledgeable staff topped off our visit. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in Orlando downtown area.

I’ve honestly never seen a business that looks this professional on the outside but operates this inefficiently. Trying to shop here is way more complicated than it needs to be. I tried calling throughout the day because I had a few questions before making the drive, and nobody picked up. Because of that, I ended up having to drive about 30 minutes in person just to get basic questions answered. Once I got there, I found out they only take cash. That meant I had to leave, go down the street, and get cash just to complete my purchase. When I asked the staff about other options, the response was basically, “Just use the ATM,” even though that comes with an $8 fee. That’s not helpful customer service. The obvious solution would be to order and pay online for pickup, but their online pickup system doesn’t even work properly. The website is glitchy and buggy. It asks for a shipping address even when you’re trying to pick up in-store, and for the Orlando location, there doesn’t seem to be a clear way to actually complete a pickup order properly. Overall, this place makes the entire process feel like a hassle. Between the unanswered phone calls, cash-only policy, ATM fees, unhelpful staff, and broken online ordering system, shopping here is way more frustrating than it should be. For a legal dispensary, they really need to improve their communication, payment options, website, and customer service. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the first I went here and got the free pre roll offer, I was so excited to try it out but when I got home there was nothing in the doob tube, I was very upset with this and they offered no solution to my problems other than going through a lengthy customer service process which I didn't think would be worth the time. Just makes you wonder about their level of quality control..

I went in Saturday night with my friend and zero clue what to expect. Bri, Thais and Emily were incredibly helpful and sweet. Helped start me an account and made me a delicious drink! I'll definitely be going back :)
