Peyton is hands down the best budtender! She’s the reason I keep coming back. Every time I walk in, she’s got a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the different strains and always takes the time to recommend exactly what I’m looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and knows how to connect with people. Great customer service like hers is hard to find. She definitely deserves a promotion! Thanks, Peyton, for always making every visit such a great experience! 🌿💚

Being from Sanford, obviously have been to chronic guru numerous times. Love the vibe and the feel of just everybody hanging out and being comfortable. Love the energy ✌🏼 There was someone there that was not so nice and actually very rude so we stopped going in. I heard that she was no longer there so we returned and of course Bre as always was extremely nice and on top of everything! She’s very knowledgeable if you have a question she immediately knows the answer and makes great drinks! We will continue visiting and recommending your space 🍹

Chronicle Gurus has become one of my favorite spots to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a drink. Their cocktails are consistently excellent, and my usual drink is always made perfectly. A special shoutout to Erica and Ethan. They always provide outstanding service, are friendly, attentive, and make every visit feel personal. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. Great drinks, great people, and an amazing vibe. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service and a chill atmosphere, I highly recommend Chronicle Gurus. I’ll definitely be back

I accidentally left my driver's license at this location. After contacting the store, I was informed that someone else had been given my ID and that they used it to make two cash purchases under my customer account. To their credit, management initially responded quickly, told me they were investigating, and even stated they had recovered the security footage. They asked for my email address because the video was supposedly too large to send via text. I provided it immediately. Since then... nothing. It has now been several days with no surveillance footage, no explanation of how my driver's license was released to someone else, no information about what verification (if any) was performed before handing it over, and no answers to the questions I asked that I need in order to complete a police report. This isn't a minor customer service complaint. This involves a customer's government-issued identification being released to someone else. I expected transparency, urgency, and communication. Instead, I've been left chasing updates while waiting for information that the store itself said it would provide.
