I had an issue with an item I purchased, and Paci, Michael, and Selena went above and beyond to help me with the exchange process. They were professional, understanding, and made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy and stress-free. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and ensured I left satisfied. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience the way they do. Thank you, Paci, Michael, and Selena, for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service. You turned a negative situation into a positive one, and that’s why I’ll continue coming back. Highly recommend this dispensary and its amazing staff!
