With sooo many dispensaries in the area. The manager unfortunately is not a truthful individual and I personally like dispensaries that don't try to violate people's constitutional rights by calling the police. Again, with so many dispensaries in the area I personally will be taking my hard-earned money to a different one, that's guaranteed

Great location, parking lot of good size. Accessibility entrance in the back with additional parking, need to call them and let them know ypu need to get in that way. Friendly staff and great prices.

My favorite dispensary in STL! Knowledgeable and kind staff. My partner and I stop in at least once a week for their deals. Definitely would recommend

I appreciate that I can use Dutchie Pay at Proper Cannabis but there’s almost no point. You don’t get seen more quickly and you have to go through the same process as someone who doesn’t know what they want and has not yet paid. It’s extremely frustrating because other dispensaries have streamlined this process. Proper has not… My whole visit took about 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby and then once I was in it was under 3 minutes. Updating my review. Absolute sweeties. I got very sick 2 years ago, they accommodated that I couldn’t do the stairs and let me go through the back. They asked how I was doing as I improved. They know me by first name. So kind, truly a part of the community and not just a local store.

This location might say Proper on the outside of the building but this IS NOT the proper experience I am used to.... at all. I was traveling outside of my normal area and in need of some edibles. I walk in to a dank and slightly dirty waiting area.. there was no one who was solely there for greeting and checking anyone in, first time I've seen this anywhere. I had to wait to even be greeted, while waiting I figured I'll just go to the bathroom... didn't see anything labeled as a restroom. While I was looking for a restroom someone else checked in before me, no biggie. So when I'm checking in and the got was very nice but I asked about a restroom and he informed me kindly that there wasn't one.. huh? I left without buying anything cause I honestly didn't want to wait and also not be able to pee while I could have been waiting for who knows how long with so many people ahead of me. My point is every other place I've been to has a restroom and nice clean lobbies. My typical proper even has a free coffee/ drink area.. how come this location is so different? Consistency is key and I know this isn't your standard. Outside of that my typical visit takes 5-10 minutes total, not check in and wait forever.

The Staff is Amazing! The quality of their merchandise is Amazing and potent. I also want to give a shout to their youngest/ oldest crew member. He is skilled, thorough and fun! I enjoy when older people work at dispensaries 😉😁

I usually don’t shop it proper. I always go to swade because they have tap pay, but this time I decided to stop at proper and Tyler was very helpful. He was also patient and willing to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything and I just like that I felt like a valued customer and I will definitely be back. Thank you proper!!!

Ash was such a great help! I just stopped by to grab a little pre roll but I'm so glad I did cause they let me have these cool little stickers! I love you Missouri! This state will always have a special place in my Lil Carolina heart.

Terrible service! Everyone seemed high as kite and didn’t understand anything. At least if you’re going to smoke in the office, put up “no smoking” signs so everyone knows.💨
