Had issues with a leaky cart that was probably my fault, but the cashier (didn't get her name but #96558 according to the receipt? Lol) took it as her responsibility. She recommended a couple new batteries and to go with 0.5 gram instead of full gram carts, as well as giving me money back for the bad cart I brought in. I've usually been going to grass roots anyways, but now it's going to be every time.
