    These guys are fantastic very friendly every time I come in I love every single one of them always great products and if something is not right it's always fixed they're very sincere and write on top of what they're doing Update! Still the best atmosphere to be in to get your pre rolls. Super helpful, nice and funny. Love this place still

    Was in the area and decided to stop in to get a pre roll. I usually go to the South Portland location which I went to yesterday. Upon walking in I gave my ID and the blonde woman was severely aggressive towards us and said I need your medical card. I said we gave South Portland Jar my info and they told me I wont need to show my medical card cause it's in the system. The blonde hair woman said, "this is medical I'm not sure if you know where you are but we need the med card cause you're expired in the system." I said. "Ma'am, Jar put all my info in the system." And she went on to say they run a different system and was completely rude. Windham Jar has lost a customer and I'll be letting everyone in the area know that this establishment is full of aggressive employees. I love South Portland Jar and I've had nothing but issues with employees in the Windham rec side and now the medical side. Do better Jar, I'm a die hard regular, known by name in South Portland and it's making me second guess where I shop for my cannabis.
