I’ve gone at least 5 times in the last couple weeks every time there’s no parking! So I just have to go to the next dispensary.

I missed the 420 sales due to a packed schedule, but found out Liberty had them on the 21st. Thanks to Troy at the front for the smooth medical check in. Both budtenders, Arnell and Dez(I believe),were informed on the products they had in a stock. Dez completed my order and when there was a product she couldn’t find on the floor she was super chill about running to the back and grabbing it for me. Awesome customer service and Steven even got me out the way with some 420 items they had left over. Thanks for being dope Liberty.

Completely different vibe than the one in Oxon Hill. No security making you line up outside the door like in PG County. They NEVER have a line and always have the sale items in stock. Great service and products.

I experienced highly unprofessional conduct from the front desk staff today. After requesting my ID, the employee cut me off mid-sentence and took my passport into a closed back room without my consent. When I calmly addressed this unacceptable lack of communication, he chose to argue and act defensively rather than offer a simple apology. Unacceptable customer service and poor handling of personal documents.

This place is shady. I just ordered an 1/8th, went in to pick it up, and they tried to give me a different strain by the same grower. When I questioned it, I was told that it was a different batch of the same strain (WRONG - one was a "reserve", one wasn't. They came in different packaging and had completely different cannabinoid percentages. The pricing was different. And they were both listed separately on Liberty's website). Look, if you don't have what I ordered, fine. But don't lie to me and try to sell me some mids just to make your life easier and hope I won't notice. Suffice to say I won't be buying from Liberty anymore, which is no great loss since their products are mediocre and their staff is shady

I had an amazing experience at Liberty Cannabis. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very professional. The budtenders were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain different strains and products, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Every interaction felt respectful and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Keep up the great work! 👏
