    Great options and service at this dispensary. However, you do have to be fully aware of everything you want to purchase and the effects of the item(s). I have found that most of the budtenders at this dispensary barely know the strain, let alone the terpenes and their effects. This could be risky for people with mental illnesses like bipolar or anxiety, as I have personally found myself. Please learn what’s good for you or find a different dispensary with educated budtenders like Remedy in Columbia (my favorite). Also, most of the Bloom vapes are listed as the wrong strain on their website so again, please do your research and ask someone you trust before purchasing here.

    Niki was so helpful. Had a question about something I had purchased a year and a half ago and she was able to find it and also recommend comparable products since they didn’t have that exact one anymore. I come here weekly for years now and this is the best service I have ever received. Keep her around, she’s a winner. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and she has what we deem as untrainable skills. You can’t teach someone how to be kind and nice. Thanks guys.

    I've been a loyal customer at Peake for many years — it was only the second dispensary I ever tried, and for a long time I really enjoyed my experiences there. Unfortunately, the last year or two I've noticed a lot of staff turnover. Every visit seemed to bring mostly new faces, with service quality varying widely — some employees were helpful, others not so much. The final straw for me was a recent delivery order. I rarely use delivery, but I was heading out of town and wanted my monthly supply before leaving. I placed the order, but the staff called my phone (which apparently showed an out-of-town number) and left no message. They then cancelled the order without any notification. When I called to follow up, the manager simply said, “Yeah, we aren’t doing deliveries today.” I got frustrated and admittedly raised my voice — something I regret — but even after I tried to find a solution, the response was basically “It’s too late, we’re not making deliveries.” I was left with no product, no delivery, and a very disappointing experience. I still have thousands of loyalty points sitting unused and I’m genuinely debating whether it’s worth going back to redeem them. I hope Peake can stabilize their staffing and improve communication on services like delivery. They used to be one of my go-to spots.
