Third time and this is it ! And again Sinta her eyes look right at me and starts saying things about a phone when I clearly wasn't on it she just can't leave me alone like seriously craziness THIS IS HATRED. Than proceeded to tell customer I am crazy , and I am out there ,and she ,she, she why are we allowing hippa to be violated by her. Very rude if you cant keep your emotions out of a job don't work with people..!!!!! Now breaking a hippa law and telling someone I am crazy as a we get medicine for our mental health this now that's a lawyer too..NOW THIS IS ENOUGH I COME HERE ATLEAST 3 TO 4 TIMES A WEEK TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS IS SAD 😔 I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE AND SHE'S MAKING IT A BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY CHANCE SHE GETS. AND I LOVE THE OTHER PEOPLE I LITERALLY GIVE THEM FREE GOODIES. AT THE END OF THE DAY SHE'S VERY CHILDISH, VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. TRYING TO TAUNT ME BY LAUGHING LIKE THIS IS YOUR JOB!!!! LAST REVIEW I PUT UP I WAS ASKED TO TAKE DOWN I DID IT TO BE NICE BUT NO SHE CONTINUES TO DO IT. SO THERE WAS REALLY NO REASON FOR ME TO EVEN DELETE THE FIRST ONE!!!!!!

Hello, just came in around 3:45p.m today and witnessed a woman bud tender talking terribly about a woman patient infront of her. Made me feel very uncomfortable as a medical patient hearing a bud tender say these type of things is upsetting considering I use it for my mental health. Just all around a terrible experience. I won't be back!!

i’ll start with the good lol this place always having a deal. on the bad side it’s crowded 9/10 even with a pre order , there is not enough parking , you have people parking in the pick up spaces huge inconvenience and finally it would be nice to let people know somewhere before getting to your establishment that you guys don’t allow reward points to be stacked on sale items , we accumulate point to use them whenever you guys already take away the point after 180 days. just food for thought don’t have to listen to me though

They consistently don’t prioritize medical patients. Was told medical priority doesn’t exist in the waiting room—only on the sales floor, thus making you the only dispensary in the state that operates in that fashion. I also didn’t receive priority once I was on the actual sales floor. Points earned in January reset tomorrow (why?), they’re always out of stock of a lot of things, and they don’t tell you until you get there, defeating the purpose of preordering. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile further down route 40 to Ascend Wellness. Now that I’ve cashed my points in, I’ll never be back.

Destiny was a wonderful help. This was my first experience at any such facility. I couldn't have received any better help. The topical Destiny suggested, worked very well.

Very stocked. Managers are usually very nice and help with any issue. Associates are friendly & knowledgeable . Everyone has bad days remember that. Wait times can be long just depends when you go. Keep in mind, They are the busiest disp. In this area. Please be patient with them.
